Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2️⃣ Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on the customer’s location.

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, sales periods, etc.).

3️⃣ Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout (if applicable).

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

In case of return, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

4️⃣ Delivery Delays

Top G Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

However, we will assist customers in tracking their orders.

5️⃣ Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

6️⃣ Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos and order details.
