Refund policy

At Top G Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1️⃣ Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 2 days (48 hours) of purchase or delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Any damaged, used, or altered item will not be eligible for return.

2️⃣ Return Process

Customers must contact us within 2 days to request a return.

Return shipping/delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

Delivery charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.

3️⃣ Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed.

Refund will be issued within 7 working days after the returned item is received and approved.

Refund will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer (as applicable).

4️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

Customized products (including personalized items) are not eligible for return or exchange, unless damaged or defective.

Items purchased on clearance or special sale may not be eligible for return.
